Refunds & Returns Policy

Credit process for Stocked lines:

  1. Credits will only be given after the goods have been received at our Keysborough DC. All cancellations must be received via email (info@uneek4x4.com.au) and must include your full name and last four digits of your credit card for original purchase. (verifying ID)
    a. Refunds will not include any freight charges.
    i. Initial dispatch costs.
    ii. Return freight.
    b. 20% restocking fee will be applied to any refund. (minus from final figure)
    c. All returns must be within 30days of the original invoice date.
    d. Return stock must be in Saleable condition.
    e. Change of mind returns will not be accepted for products after fitment has occurred or attempted installation.
    f. Allow an additional 7days after receipt of stock back to DC before funds are processed.
    g. End-users are not permitted onsite; all returns must occur via freight providers.
  1. Claims for shortages or damages must be submitted within 7days of receiving delivery.
    a. Photographic evidence will be requested for damages.
  2. If your order has been dispatched and you request a cancellation, these freight charges will be removed from the credited value.
  3. Faulty/Warranty returns will be at the Suppliers costs.
    a. Returns will be booked and paid for by Uneek4x4.
    b. Replacements for faulty items will be supplied at no additional costs to consumer.

 

Additional points for “Made-to-order” (MTO) and all Colour coded products.

  1. After your order has been received and paid for you will have 48hrs to cancel your order without incurring a cancellation fee. All cancellations must be received via email (info@uneek4x4.com.au) and must include your full name and last four digits of your credit card for original purchase. (verifying ID)
    1. If the product is still in production you will incur a 30% fee or 60% if the product has been completed.
  2. Once paint has begun you will no longer be able to cancel your order, since colour coding is specific to your vehicle it’s outside of the above returns policy.
